- 1.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our “Source 4 Me” parts sourcing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
- 2.SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- 2.1.What We Do
- Source automotive spare parts from our network of suppliers across Kenya and internationally
- Provide quotes for requested parts within 24-48 hours
- Coordinate delivery or collection of sourced parts
- Verify part authenticity and quality through our supplier network
- 2.2.What We Don’t Do
- Guarantee availability of all requested parts
- Provide technical installation services (see our “Book A Mechanic” service)
- Offer returns on custom-sourced parts unless defective
- Source illegal or restricted automotive parts
- 3.ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
- 3.1.Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. If under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the request on your behalf.
- 3.2.Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Valid contact details (phone number and location)
- Correct vehicle specifications
• Honest description of part requirements
- 3.3.Business Use
Commercial customers (garages, dealers, fleet operators) may be subject to additional terms and bulk pricing.
- 4.PRICING AND PAYMENT
- 4.1.Pricing Structure
- Sourcing Fee: KSh 500 – 2,000 (non-refundable once sourcing begins)
- Part Cost: Actual supplier price plus reasonable markup
- Delivery Fee: KSh 200 – 500 within Nairobi; varies for upcountry
- Urgent Service: Additional 20-30% for emergency sourcing
- 4.2.Payment Terms
- Deposit: 50% of total cost required to confirm order
- Balance: Due upon delivery or collection
- Payment Methods: M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery
- Currency: All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KSh)
- 4.3.Price Variations
- Prices may vary based on supplier availability and market conditions
- We reserve the right to adjust quotes if supplier prices change
- Customer will be notified of any price changes before proceeding
- 5.SOURCING PROCESS
- 5.1.Request Submission
- Complete sourcing form with accurate vehicle and part details
- Upload clear photos when possible
- Specify urgency level and budget constraints
- 5.2.Quote Provision
- Initial response within 24-48 hours (business days)
- Detailed quote including part specifications, pricing, and delivery timeline
• Multiple options provided when available
- 5.3.Order Confirmation
- Customer must confirm order within 7 days of quote
- Deposit payment required to proceed with sourcing
- Order specifications cannot be changed after confirmation
- 6.DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
- 6.1.Delivery Options
- Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery available
- Upcountry: 2-7 days depending on location
- Collection: From our Nairobi warehouse by appointment
- 6.2.Delivery Terms
- Customer must be available to receive parts
- Valid ID required for collection
- Delivery address must match order details
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery
- 6.3.Delivery Delays
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or supplier issues
- Customer will be notified of any expected delays
- Refunds available if delays exceed 30 days
- 7.QUALITY AND WARRANTY
- 7.1.Part Quality
- We source from reputable suppliers only
- Genuine OEM parts come with manufacturer warranty
- Aftermarket parts come with supplier warranty (typically 6-12 months)
- 7.2.Our Warranty
- 30-day warranty on all sourced parts against defects
- Warranty covers part replacement, not labor costs
• Customer must report defects within 7 days of delivery
- 7.3.Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to incorrect installation
- Parts damaged by customer negligence
- Used parts (sold as-is with disclosure)
- 8.RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Returns accepted only for defective parts
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Parts must be in original packaging and condition
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- 8.2.Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If we cannot source the requested part
- Partial Refund: Balance refunded if part costs less than quoted
- No Refund: On correctly sourced parts that meet specifications
- Sourcing Fee: Non-refundable once sourcing process begins

- 9.CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow manufacturer installation guidelines
- Ensure proper disposal of old parts

- Notify us immediately of any delivery issues
- Provide feedback on service quality
- 10.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
